  • If a purchased account or product does not work as described, contact Live Support through Crisp according to the warranty terms specified on the product page. Failure to follow the product-specific warranty instructions may void the warranty.
  • Karma is not obligated to provide a replacement if the warranty terms specified on the product page are not met, or if the warranty period has expired.
  • Karma and any parties associated are not responsible for any buyer conduct after purchase, including usage, store acceptance, or any other particular regarding the product.

Pertinent Information Regarding Your Privacy

Expectations and Proper Conduct
